  • I hired two movers but only one person arrived at the the job. I contacted the company owner twice, and he was unwilling to refund me. I would have appreciated a refund even if it was not for 50 percent, since the second person I paid for never showed up, but the owner was unwilling to do anything and never apologized. They kept my entire payment for two people. I didnt receive communication Until the day of the job and received calls from different people, explaining that they would be arriving late.
