  • I highly recommend this company for local moving services. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent from the start. They kept me updated from day one, checked in the day before, and reached out again the morning of the move. I was referred to them after repeated issues with local U-Haul delivery, including poor communication, failed transport, and no-shows that caused me to miss my departure while movers were left waiting. After I escalated the matter, U-Haul corporate arranged for this company to retrieve my U-Box pods and complete the unloading. Although they were not responsible for those problems, they still apologized for the inconvenience, which spoke to their professionalism and character. They were courteous, accommodating, and careful with my belongings. They stepped into a difficult situation, handled it well, and made the process easier. I would recommend them without hesitation.
