    I just wanted to say this we have no control over any refunds only thing that we can do is contact U-Haul and put in a request for your refund my guys are quick and efficient workers so most times my guys do get done ahead of time because they are great at their job and also we have text messages of us communicating with you we keep notes on all calls we take pictures of every job that we could play for insurance purposes and we're not perfect but we were pushing to be great everything that you asked of us we did it for you we did not damage anything on your property we went above and beyond and we will continue to be one of the best companies on this platform so no one get discouraged we are really the truth we may be the lowest price but we are the most experienced company have a great day
