Crew was able to come last minute when my other one didn't show up. The language barrier was a little tricky but we made it work. The 2 men they sent were respectful and got the job done without damaging any of my stuff.

Was a guy and his young son or something. They were a hour in of wanting to do it themselves with no help and were not even close to being halfway done with the 15 foot U-Haul being put into the storage and were mentioning trying to leave when it wasn’t the 2 hour minimum you have to book them, after I complained about the timing and efficiency they sped up and got it all done in that second hour. There was lots of crushed stuff. Then, the storage unit wouldn’t open and a manager had to pry it open because it was stuck on furniture in there. Honestly, wouldn’t book them again and in fact just moved and did not book them again. Maybe was an off day and my experience isn’t everyone’s so take this how you will. I am upset about my stuff though I can say that. You just don’t put people’s expensive tvs and guitars under 10 feet of belongings.. idk maybe that’s just me.
