Hired this company for moving labor. The experience was extremely poor and unprofessional. They were over an hour late, unprepared (1 dolly for 2 movers), watched videos and took personal calls on the clock, and complained that the 4-hour booking was insufficient, despite completing the job in 3 hours. They ignored proper protocols which resulted in them mishandling and breaking furniture. Upon filing a claim, the company refused proper liability. They first insisted on gluing furniture instead of a proper repair. They then attempted to hide behind non-existent legal regulations to limit liability and refused to provide any supporting documentation. When presented with the actual regulations, they pivoted, claiming these rules didn’t apply because they weren’t providing an actual moving service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and hiring a mover that actually operates as a professional moving service.
