  • One of the most pleasant service experiences we have had in recent memory. The positive attitude (I had purchased two sets of straps - the first comment - please return one to the shop - one is enough), the helpfulness (I had parked the truck too close to the garage door, and it needed to be moved out by 3 or 4 ft - the person offered to do it ! - absolutely unprecedented), the service with a smile - it was a pleasure.
