  • Really need to work on their communication. They did not call or text until almost 2 hours after we were scheduled to meet the first time. The second time they also did not call or text until 30minutes after the scheduled meet time and I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for them. I understand that stuff happens and things don’t go according to schedule, but please be professional and call or text if we had previous arrangements that you can no longer fulfill. The guys did a good job on the day of the move, which I’m thankful for, but that ended up being 4 days later than originally planned.
