• When they arrived, the first thing out of their mouths, we only have two hours we have a job after that so if we can’t complete it, sorry. They walked in and immediately had an attitude, mumbling under their breath. One of the guys moved at a snails pace, they rearranged more things inside the apartment then they did taking things out of the apartment. Every time they would pick something up one of the guys would ask does this need to go? I told him multiple times, Everything has to be out of the apartment, We are moving We ended up having to actually hire additional help to come after they left because the job was not complete. My husband spent most of his time downstairs rearranging the U-Haul so that we could efficiently pack it for our thousand mile journey. It was extremely stressful day, and I absolutely would not hire them again.

  Uhaul suggest 3 hours to load a 20ft truck next time go with Uhauls recommendation we are in high demand and do 3 to 4 moves daily We are glad nothing was broken and we were arrived early We cant apologize for you not booking enough time

• Efficient Movers, team was great from start to end even had my move faster than I had anticipated. Very careful with equipment and or personal items and asked where to put stuff as to make sure it went where I wanted. Helped clean out my truck so I can return it to U-Haul and help make sure everything was up to my standard and or desire before they left. I would highly recommend this team to anyone trying to move within the Houston area or just needing moving help.
