  • Had some issues with communication. We agreed on a time to meet and they were almost an hour late, saying that they have lives just like me. Also tried to reschedule me despite making the appointment several days prior. Once they were there, the move went very smooth. Just wish we didn't have communication issues.

  • Received call from Tony Diaz, asking where the drop off location would be. Once I explained the move is from Clute to Clear Lake, he stated he was not able to complete the move request due to him being in Houston.
