    Freddie was fantastic. He reached out as soon as I made the reservation. On the day of the move, UHaul had some mechanical issues. He texted me promptly to let me know, and replied quickly every time I asked for an update. He efficiently shifted his schedule so he could complete his other jobs while waiting for UHaul to resolve the issue, and he picked up and delivered our UBox as soon as he was able to. He and his team were very swift and careful with unloading the UBox. They always asked where they should put items, and they were very skilled and gentle with how they moved things.
