I had a great experience with Stafford Family Help! They were fast, efficient, and reliable from start to finish. The team handled all of my items with care and made sure everything was safely packed and transported. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and professional, which made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable moving company!
From the very beginning, they charged me extra in cash for a list of items that were never mentioned on the U-Haul website. On moving day, they messaged me early in the morning saying they had made a mistake and didn’t have anyone available for my move because they were already booked. It took several phone calls, to finally get them to show up. In the end, I still had to pay out of pocket in cash for items that should have been included, according to U-Haul’s website. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and unexpected charges. You’ll thank yourself for choosing someone else.
