    On the first moving day, only 1 of 2 movers showed up. John, the owner, promised to make it right by refunding me for one mover and arranging movers in the new city. But on the second moving day, no one showed up and he didn’t communicate at all. When I reached, he promised a full refund, another lie. This company is completely unprofessional. John even tried to manipulate me by saying if I left a bad review, he wouldn’t send movers or that I’d hurt their livelihoods. AVOID this company at all costs!
