  • I hadn’t heard from 360 moving so I contacted support from UHaul. She said that 360 is no longer associated with UHaul and said so sorry, we sent you an email yesterday stating this. Really, email yesterday! Don’t you think people are too busy to check emails while they are packing to move! A phone call would have been nice! Even a few more days notice so I wouldn’t be stressed the day before to find someone. Really disappointed with UHaul on this

  • Me nor the Garland U-Haul could contact the mover via phone... Movers number is not working. MovingHelp sent a follow up email to the mover, who did not respond to either a follow up email nor text.
