  • The family that came and did the actual moving was great! Very professional very kind. From the office side as far as communicating when the movers would be here and how far away they were etc. communication could definitely have been better. I was reaching out to them versus proactive communication. Overall for the price though I felt it was a good service. They were extremely busy so no one came until around 11 at night and I would’ve liked that communicated earlier than just saying they would be there later in the evening.
