Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Jacob and Mark were on time and worked hard. They asked questions, didn't assume, were fast, efficient and polite. They assembled some furniture, which was appreciated. Highly recommend. I will use them again without a doubt.
They bumped my move time by about an hour the day before it was scheduled which was fine but then the next day they wanted to reschedule to the next day. They were able to still come on the day I needed in the end, however there was little communication about when they would show up. I requested they let me know when they were on their way and they did not. (I wasn’t even sure they’d really be coming before they showed up) They sent out two guys that were nice and very helpful so I do commend the guys for being helpful and getting the job done a little early. The only thing I asked the guys to be careful with was my 65 inch TV which I had packed up in a U-HAUL tv box kit. I happened to catch one guy trying to move it on its side by himself with a dolly and the tv fell off the dolly. I reached out about this incident and I never received a response back about this. I am very disappointed about the lack of communication about this incident and the arrival time of the team.
Antonio & Dion were superheros! In heat and rain they loaded and unloaded very quickly!
