  • The communication was great. I appreciated that they reached out as soon as they saw we booked, unlike other companies who left us hanging and we had to find other help. They showed up at the time we needed them and jumped right in. I felt as though they moved pretty slowly and were taking their time, leaving me to feel like I needed to jump in and help with a baby strapped to me... (We had the same amount of things in one of our prior apartments and were on the third floor and the NC State college students powered through that move in the time we reserved.) We ended up having to add additional time onto the move with Swift MoveZz, which cost us more money. We also moved into a brand new home and our walls are dented and scraped up in several spots that we now have to repair. some attention to that could benefit them in the future
