• When I booked them, we discussed that I wasn’t sure how long it would take and he said to start with four hours and we could add if we needed. But he booked another move behind me so they left before the second truck was empty. They were in a huge hurry and didn’t care how they slung our furniture around. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

  She booked two people to unload 2 26-ft trucks that were full from top to bottom front in the back in 4 hours when I spoke to her I said if you feel like you need extra time you might want to add it now being that we do book these jobs right out to each other she never added any time I have no control over who else books for the day and we also have to show up for them just like we showed up for her and we show out the amount of stuff that we unloaded within that time frame cannot even be described yet she overlooked all of that because we have other people on the schedule to show up for she felt her move was more important than the rest our day and it was just the beginning of the second truck which were just bags bins and boxes all the heavy Furniture were all offloaded into the storage unit but she left that out as well I just wish people can be honest we worked our butts off today for her just to get a one and a half star for not being able to stay longer then she booked
