Horrible experience. The owner lied repeatedly...claiming his crew had family emergencies but that his '#1 team' was coming. In reality, he posted on Craigslist and sent a total stranger to my home - 3 hrs late - without telling me. This random person wasn’t an employee, had never moved for him before, and even showed me the Craigslist ad. This was a huge safety issue - he was given my full info and showed up where my wife & baby were. I only received 1 untrained 'mover' instead of 2, so I had to do half the move myself. We couldn’t finish, so I had to cancel my destination movers & had to rebook a truck and 2 new teams the next day. I believe this is the owner’s grift - pretending to have a crew while outsourcing to strangers on Craigslist so he doesn’t have to do any actual work. A complete waste of time, money, and trust.

Very disappointed. Scheduled them for 2 hours they left an hour early saying they had to leave and didn’t finished the job. I had to call 2 other people to come unload and reload the trailer because of how careless it was thrown together. They didn’t use any of the furniture protectors, Several Pieces of my furniture when unloaded was scratched or broken. Plus I still had to pay for the full two hours even tho they left after an hour and the job was not finished.
