    Furniture moving itself was fine, but the scheduling and billing were a mess. Scheduled for 8am at my original address, I didn't hear from them until ten thirty am, and by the time they showed up, so much time had passed they missed the first address entirely and met me at the second one instead. I ended up loading the U-Haul myself since I couldn't just wait around. Their service requires you to rent your own van, so their delay put me at risk of extra rental fees. I'd booked a generous window, but a shorter one would've cost me more with U-Haul because of their lateness. They only worked about 30 minutes once they arrived, but charged me the full two hours, $376 total, and my card was charged 5 days before the service even happened. When I asked for a discount given the late start, missed address, and self-loading, they refused. They also asked me not to mention the lateness in this review. Competent movers, but unreliable scheduling and no accountability.
