My experience with this moving service was extremely disappointing. From contact to the crew it was all unprofessional, they were dismissive of my concerns, and the quality of the loading was poor. Several of my items were damaged due to the way they packed and organized the trailer, and despite raising these issues, I was met with excuses rather than accountability. Communication was inconsistent and at times dismissive, and the team failed to follow basic expectations for care and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and would not use them again.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way, especially since your feedback does not reflect what occurred during the service. You were present the entire time and personally brought out each item to be loaded. All items were already wrapped before our arrival, and we used every blanket you provided to secure them carefully and strategically inside the 5x8 trailer. The only item visibly damaged before loading was the rocking chair, which we documented with photos. No concerns were raised during the service, and no proof of damages occurring during our time has been provided. We always aim for professionalism, clear communication, and responsible loading, and we stand by the quality of work performed that day.

Camillo and Eduardo were wonderful! Arrived on time at the pick up location packed amazingly efficient with space! The unload was quick and orderly! Communication was excellent - we will absolutely use again and tell our family and friends to use Easy Moving & Logistics - and they’re in Boerne!
