• Originally we had a guy come up to look at what he’d be moving, then Told us that he was going to wait on his partner before getting started. Time passes and he still hasn’t returned but Instead someone else came up and said he left because he was sick understandable but that’s something that should’ve been communicated so our time wouldn’t continue to keep being pushed back. Alex came to get started and was doing fine but also at one point disappears for a little while which is now becoming frustrating because we’re running behind and we’re trying to get things finished. Another guy shows up and I explained to them both how we were going to do things and still the opposite was done causing my led vanity mirror being shattered, my entertainment center scratched up, my lamp shade bent in ,posts are damaged, bent the pieces attached to my sun mirror, broke my personal tote it doesn’t shut anymore, and also just tossed everything in any kind of way will not be using this company again

• Justin and his partner were great movers. Justin communicated with me that they would be 15 minutes late but it was raining in some parts of town so that was understandable. Upon arrival, they wanted to know the items being loaded so they could make a plan. They were quick, efficient, and polite. Cash tip provided.
