Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Movers were very respectful and profressional during the move. Only complaint is that the movers showed up nearly an hour after the large time window of 12-5 scheduled time with no notice. Had to contact myself to see if the movers were still coming.
I ordered the movers for four hours. The job was completed in three hours. Antwan never contacted me the day before to confirm the job. I had to call him the morning of the move. Antwan thought the start time was 10 AM, rather than 9 AM. Although he apologized a couple times, I was never offered any type of reimbursement for completing the job in three hours.
They were polite, efficient and overall did a great job!
