  • I am permanently disabled due to a severe traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury and I am unable to load and unload my belongings from the Uhaul I had rented to relocate. Uhaul recommended KIMIYA Services Inc to help me unload the truck and from the get-go these guys were very professional, respectful, kind, considerate, helpful, friendly, courteous and well organized and efficient and truly did a top notch job. I am so very grateful for their help and I will definitely request them again. I highly recommend them to others. Thank you to the three of them for helping me and making what was a very difficult situation run very smoothly since I had relocated here due to domestic violence issues in another state with my ex-boyfriend I have now left for good. I’m extremely grateful to them all. They deserve raises because they make your company look damn good. I am not adding a tip here only because I gave it to them in person.

  • I booked this company because they had great reviews, but my experience was unbelievably HORRIBLE. Even though I clearly listed everything that needed disassembly during and after booking with Dwight, the movers arrived late and completely unprepared with ZERO tools, leaving my TV mounts on the wall and putting my security deposit at risk. They were careless with screws and hardware from my bed frame and sectional, and I had to stop them to find pieces they misplaced. The truck was packed in a chaotic and sloppy way that made unloading extremely difficult. When I raised concerns, the owner DWIGHT was rude, aggressive, dismissive, and refused to take any accountability. Instead he demanded an extra 100 dollars for overtime and even threatened small claims court. I ultimately paid, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and care was unacceptable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could.

    On the phone, I heard you thank the movers, and at no point did you mention missing screws, packing issues, or any damage. The only concern you raised was wanting a free hour because the crew reached your door 15 minutes later than expected after trying to locate your building. This would have been quicker had you answered their calls when they arrived at your complex. You also called me rude simply because I stated that I would take the matter to court if necessary. Asserting legal rights is not disrespectful. Additionally, your move took 3 hours and you booked 2 hours, so the extra hour is not free. You have not provided any photos or evidence of damages, while our job photos show a very different account of the move. We cannot offer compensation for claims that were never mentioned during the job and are unsupported by any documentation.
