  • The movers first contacted me let me know they were 5 to 10min away. I would have preferred an hour's notice. During the move, they were very professional, ensured shoe covers were worn, and handled the items carefully. The only major drawback was that they finished loading and unloading in 2 hrs and did not seem open to returning to the 1st address to help with loading a few more items. We paid for 3 hrs of labor, not just one load and unload trip.
