  • The skill level of my movers appeared as though they have never done so before. I was inside and they were carrying things out and packing a U-Haul. When I went outside to check the progress, they said they wanted to take a trip to the new location to offload the items. I looked inside and things were only stacked about 3 feet high. They told me that was all the tighter they could pack the truck. I am a middle-aged female, and I jumped in the truck and began rearranging the heavy items and they stood and watched me. Eventually, I turned around and told them to start bringing me more boxes. They did so and eventually stopped. They said they were done. As they pulled out of the drive, I went to check inside and there were still 20 to 25 items left inside that they just didn’t load. Luckily, I caught them in the driveway when questioned, they said they did not see the items. When I asked how this happened , one of the workers became angry with me. I called owner for help half way.
