  • B N S Company was wonderful to work with during our unloading process. The two movers were very careful and attentive with all of our belongings. They paid attention to the labels on every box and placed everything in the correct rooms. They truly went above and beyond for us. We had a very difficult situation moving our king-size bed upstairs because the entrance was tight with a staircase immediately behind the door. One large bed piece would not fit, so they used their tools and experience to remove the entrance door and detach the legs from the bed frame so it could safely fit around the corner and up the stairs. They also helped hook up the washer and dryer, gave advice about my garage door opener issue, and even folded the moving blankets afterward. Saying they went the extra mile is an understatement; they went the extra ten miles. We were extremely thankful for their professionalism, patience, and dedication.
