Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Had an attitude with me about how they thought there was an elevator or I was on the first floor. Said they were finished 2 hours early and there were still 3 or 4 trips up and down left. Owner acted like he's doing me a favor moving me out as if I'm not paying him. He decided to get in my face and call me disrespectful when I said I know things are still upstairs because I hadn't seen them come into the truck.

They arrived right on time and were extremely respectful & courteous. It was obvious that they were very well experienced and efficient (unlike my previous moving company out of town that sent 2 green teenage boys). Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
