  • I requested 3pm time. Office personnel (guy) said they are coming between 2-5pm, would not commit to specific time because they have ‘hundred other work to do because they are the cheapest’. Movers came at 2pm, an hour earlier than my request. They had to wait for me for 1hour to start, so I had to add another hour in the end to finish the job. I don’t recommend this provider. You can’t control the time. The actual mover guys were okay but the office personnel (guy) has poor customer service.
