  • Very very careful with your items and their organization in the moving truck. Some efficiency can be had with planning the layout versus multiple rearrangements, but that’s my only recommendation for improvement, everything else was great

In this case, one of the rearrangements was intentional because your TV was initially going to remain unpacked. When you later asked us to include it in the move, we wanted to make sure it was transported as safely as possible since it didn't have its original box or additional protective packaging. Reconfiguring the load allowed us to better protect both the TV and the surrounding items during transit. We always strive to balance efficiency with the safe handling of our clients' belongings, and we appreciate your understanding.
