    A&Z TRANSPORT

    This company was HORRIBLE to work with. The only redeeming thing about this move was Mike, one of our mover helpers. If it weren’t for him, I would literally request 0 stars. One of the movers brought an unauthorized person in our home, they were smoking outside our home on arrival, chipped not one but TWO of my door ways ripping wood off the paneling, took over 2.5 hours to pack the uHaul with such little care that we ended up having to rearrange it ourselves. We had a broken lamp, ripped bags, plywood panels of our furniture dented in. This same mover helper complained about his pay while roaming our home, almost put a heavy box on my pet’s SOFT cage because he did not listen to our instructions to work around our animals, and made a threat upon leaving. They also tried to charge us with a surprise fee that was not a part of the booking. Worst experience ever, I want my money back.
