    hired two people, one of them just did not show up. the one who was there tried his best and was helpful but unfortunately with only 1 out of 2 people it wasn’t as efficient as the service i paid for. i was hoping the company would be accommodating and help me out for the inconvenience, yet the only thing i was offered was to instead pay the rate for 1 person instead of 2, which was only a 35 dollar difference for the 2 hours. the company also instructed me to NOT share with u-haul that one of the movers no-showed, but i want to be honest with my experience. it was unfortunately not a positive one at all.
