  • I called G&C several days before our move to confirm and discuss our specifics. We were moving furniture in preparation for new flooring. We had a small upright piano that we were moving from our living room to the garage - there were 3 outdoor entry stairs to go down. I thought it would be part of my regular moving contract. I was told during my call that there - could be - an additional charge for the piano. And the rep would call me back if that was the case. I received a text at 5 pm Sunday - the day before our move - that they were going to charge me more than the total cost of my entire move. I was very unhappy with this, but felt that I didn't have a choice because I was up against a timeline. Reuben and Angel were our movers. It took them less than 5 minutes to move the piano. They finished with our entire move in half the time we paid for. Reuben and Angel were fantastic. But I still feel like I overpaid, and that G&C movers (the company) did not communicate well.

  • Rubin and Luis did an amazing job loading our 5x8 U-Haul trailer for our trip home from Long Beach to Indio. They arrived on time, were very pleasant to work with, and moved and loaded everything down two flights of stairs from our rental apartment. I can't recommend these two guys enough. If you book with G and C, you should ask for them to help you!!!
