Jamal was exceptional with all aspects of the move. He was quick to communicate with me when I requested help through U-Haul app. He answered questions thoroughly and on the day of the move he was amazingly efficient and effective getting all the contents into the Ubox. He was able to get the job done well under the 2 hours I contracted him for. Jamal was very professional and pleasant. He and his co-worker had to go up several sets of stairs in warm weather and did so white a smile . I highly recommend Jamal to those looking for moving help.

Jamal is amazing! He gave me tips to help me prepare, communicated with me throughout the process, and carefully loaded the truck with all our family heirlooms.
