• I had an extremely unsettling experience with this moving company. The movers were consistently unprofessional and made me feel unsafe throughout the move. They brought an extra mover but I think was to help divert attention. There were several red flags. They repeatedly tried to separate me from my belongings, often sending me to different floors or leaving me downstairs while they moved things alone upstairs. They kept repeatedly glancing at the building entry code every time I entered it in, which felt intentional and invasive. Several items were damaged due to improper stacking and careless handling. I strongly suspect they went through my boxes when I wasn’t in the room. I can’t prove it, but the behavior , including moving boxes I already had in the storage unit felt intrusive and unnecessary. This was a deeply upsetting and vulnerable experience. From this experience, I would never recommend this company and urge others, especially women or solo movers, to be very cautious.

• I would’ve recommend this moving company to anyone who’s looking for professional and efficient service. Darius and another gentleman that helped us out were extremely helpful and were able to do all the necessary things that were needed in a timely manner..
