  I booked two movers from Thompson Relocations through the U Haul Moving Help app for Friday between 130 and 2 PM, paying for two hours of service. My building’s elevator was reserved from 1 and 5PM. At 2PM the dispatcher told me the movers were running late but could not provide an updated ETA. I received no update until 420 PM, when I was told they were on the way. The next message came at 6 PM from the driver saying he was 10 minutes away. The movers did not arrive until 640 PM, nearly five hours late. Because of this, I had already moved most of my belongings myself and the movers only handled a few items, finishing in about 30 minutes despite my paying for two hours. This experience was very frustrating and not what I expected from a service booked through U Haul Moving Help.

  Justin and Logan were absolutely outstanding. They were on time, professional, and packed our truck efficiently so we could fit everything. These two men were awesome and would highly recommend them for any moving job. Very personable and understanding on any directions given. Two thumbs up!!!

  This guy wouldn’t stop to listen to my requests. I had a pod and a trailer and I tried ti tell him what needed to go in each. He just started loading things while I asked him to stop and listen to what I needed in each. In the end, not everything was put in the trailer that I would need as soon as I arrived. I was very frustrated and even asked him if he was in a hurry to get to his next job!
