This is the second time I've used Pro Packers, and they'll be the first I call from now on. They're fast, efficient, professional – everything you want when you're paying by the hour. This was a small job that didn't require the full 2 hour minimum, so they stuck around and helped assemble and position furniture until their time was up. It was unexpected but very welcomed. Competitive prices, excellent service, friendly workers – I can't say enough good things about Pro Packers. Book early if you can. Their time slots tend to sell out quickly.
Really disappointed. I’ve waited two weeks to write this review, but now, as the company isn’t responding to my calls, voicemails or texts I guess this is the only way to communicate. We had the movers (4) come out to help move our belongings for a local move. We made them aware we had a large TV that was our big concern. They removed the tv from the mount on the wall, wrapped it, put it in the truck, loaded everything else around it, unloaded it and then hung it back on the wall after we re-installed the same tv mount at the new house. When we turned on the tv that night after the move, the tv had about a six inch wide line that spans the height of the tv across the middle of the tv screen. I reached out that night to Karen, who immediately called me and said someone would contact me the next day or at least by Monday (it was June 27th).
