  • Showed up 45 min late. I paid for 2 movers for four hours. They showed up with 3 (not my problem-i didn't ask for 3). They spoke no English. Had to use Google translate. They handled my stuff poorly and broke several things. At the end of my move (took less than 4 hours) he texted me and asked me to pay him an extra $120 for the extra guy. Again. I didnt ask for the guy and the move was terrible. I had to hire more movers to finish the job because i was too afraid to let them handle any more of my stuff. Terrible experience.

    Thank you for your feedback I would like to clarify a few points Your scheduled arrival time was 8 30am and our first mover arrived at that time At approximately 6 30am I sent you a message letting you know the rest of the crew might arrive 30 to 40 minutes later This notification was sent several hours before the move I understand that one of my employees does not speak English fluently While that may have made communication more difficult I remained available by phone and text throughout the move The message about an additional 120 charge was sent to you by mistake I immediately apologized and explained that it was intended for another customer You were never charged for a third mover The only damage discussed during the move was a small table leg that came loose which could be easily reattached I also have photos showing your truck was carefully and professionally packed We take every customers feedback seriously and are always committed to providing quality.
