• I paid for 3 movers for 3 hours through Moving Help, but only 2 movers arrived. I contacted the owner twice before the move and reminded him I had paid for three workers. He refused to send another mover, insisting two would be enough. They weren’t. The job took 5 hours, and my wife and I had to help move three heavy items because the movers were concerned about damaging the stairs and walls. While unloading our treadmill, it collapsed and struck me in the head. I notified the owner, who showed little concern. The only positive was the two movers, Ross and Keith. They were outstanding, professional hardworking, and careful. They did an amazing job despite being set up to fail by being understaffed. My issue is with the owner, who failed to provide the service I paid for. I would not recommend this company.

• The team did an outstanding job. The move was from a 2nd floor apartment to another 2nd floor apartment. The team communicated well, they worked together well and completed the job in a professional manner.
