Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
2 of 3 movers showed up. They didn’t know a 3rd was a part of the crew or any details of the move. I had to contact the company to find out about the 3rd mover. You made it right by adding two more hours with the 2 guys that did show up. Would be better that you communicate the change vs. discovery learning for the crew and the customer. No one was expecting a 5 hour job.
The guys did a great job! I hired 2 guys for 6 hours and they even called 2 additional guys in the help make everything go quicker! Would definitely use these guys again to help move, since they kinda feel like friends now!
Oliver, Matthew, and Hank were fantastic. Very communicative. Kind and efficient. Took great care of my stuff and did a super job packing the truck for me.
