  If you value your time and money do not use this company. I hired them for 3 hours and one of their guys showed up TWO and a half hours late. When I tried contacting the company to see where the guy was at they did not respond. The guy that did show up on time barely moved anything and spent a lot of time on his phone and when asked to do a task he asked are you sure we can do that?. The guy that showed two hours late complained the entire time about not having a dolly, he talked crazy to my wife, and he was throwing our stuff around. I would have provided a dolly if the company would have contacted me and communicated that to me, but I assumed because they’re a moving company they would have their own stuff as movers I hired before had their own equipment. I had enough after 20 mins and ended their service early because moving is already stressful enough. I have dealt with movers before while I was active duty in the military and NEVER have I ever dealt with movers like this.

  Josh and crew showed up right on time and while the move took a bit longer than expected, they never ONCE acted annoyed or rushed. Instead, they were patient, upbeat, and treated my stuff so carefully, all in the blazing sun and heat! Josh even gave me some super useful tips along the way, actual helpful advice, not the kind of mansplaining I’ve had from movers before. Just genuine, respectful, here's something to make your life easier kind of stuff. They went above and beyond, worked hard the entire time, and somehow managed to be both efficient and friendly without skipping a beat. I’ve had moving crews before, but this team genuinely superseded my expectations in every way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  Moved carefully and cautiously to protect our items. Good speed without over time. Lack of professional tools to help move, but not bad. Showed up on time per reservation time.
