    Hands On Movers

    The two gentleman who came out did not have any idea how to move. They were not professional. They did not know how to wrap furniture, my husband had to show them. They were face timing while carrying items through my home. My husband and I had to frequently ask them to stop banging our furniture against walls, and doors. They had to be told how to do the job. Then when they started loading, it was disporportional. They didn't load correctly at all. So my husband I stopped the move at 4 hours and we took over and emptied the items and re loaded our moving truck ourself. This was the worst experience with moving ever. The only good part was the manager who had excelled with communication. Who ever the helper was to the guy who worked was not a mover at all. This was a bad experience.
