• The first thing I get is written confirmation helper(s) will be punctual. MH's block model allowing 'Morning' crew to arrive at 11.58am is dumb, so most MH guys don't even try. If a helper won't agree to be on time, I cancel and find a crew who will. 'The Professionals' dodged the 8am question 2x (see pics), but finally, agreed 'Yes' on the 3rd ask. Knowing the high turnover rate in this biz, and how often I get careless blundering newbies, I asked Michael for an experienced guy. He said he'd send an 'expert.' Jason was 20 min late. He was friendly, well-spoken and positive. He said he is good at 'Tetris' (industry term for stacking truck) but he wasn't using moving blankets to protect furniture, so I took over. He then did same thing with hand-truck without furniture pads to carry decorative furniture on their front, side, and top fascias. Carelessly scratching customer's stuff is not expert. Just ask for help carrying or pad dolly. Fast n friendly is not 5-star without care.

• The service had to be rescheduled but they came on the time rescheduled. Mr.D was really helpful and moved things around by himself. Other mover arrived late. But overall pleasant experience and things were handled with care! Thank you!
