  Galvan and his team were quick to pack up the truck which I appreciated. However the night before the move he tried to upsell by adding additional movers because he wanted 'to make sure it's fair for both parties', which I didn't appreciate. During the move a tool bag was dropped down my basement stairs which penetrated through a wall on the way down. He said he would get it taken care of. I made the mistake of trusting him and giving him the payment code. Later that afternoon, he told me 'one of my movers told me you are ok with fixing it yourself and you just need to be reimbursed for materials' which was not true, I actually told him the opposite. He was unwilling to pay the full price of repairs, saying he had a guy who could do it cheaper. I wish I could recommend this company. The crew worked hard and did a good job loading the truck, however the unwillingness to pay full price for damages and trying to modify the service agreement at the last minute prevents me from doing so.

  This is my 2nd time using Moving and More and I will continue to use them in the future!! Ryon and Antonio were both very polite and professional and took care of all my items. They packed up fragile items and loaded the truck so nothing moved in transit, everything arrived safely and timely!!
