  We hired Tim and crew to help us with loading our moving truck. We were so impressed with his customer service and professionalism that we hired him again to help us with the unloading at our new house. Once again, Tim and his crew got the job done within the amount of time we hired them for. We would give 6 stars if we could. These gentlemen are absolute pros!! As a side note, nothing shifted or moved in our truck during transport. That’s how good these gentlemen are. Would hire them again in a minute!

  Unfortunately, the 2 movers were unable to complete moving my 900 sq ft apartment in 4 hours. I expected them to be able to complete this as per the estimating tools on this and their own website I have never had a problem with a company completing the move in the given time. This meant I had to rent a truck an additional day ($100). Then, I had a very bad experience when I called to talk with the company. I explained that I was disappointed that the job was not completed. He explained why it could have taken longer and that he didn't understand why I called. I said I thought a partial refund was appropriate. He was immediately rude. Told me multiple times that it is 'crazy' to expect a job to be done for free. He continued to argue, blame, and raise his voice. I hung up. I agree that a job should not be done for free. But I do expect a company to be respectful and professional. And I do expect a company to respect my time and money.
