The movers sent one was too old for the job, and wanted to spend most of the time standing around talking to my wife instead of moving the items. We have to go back for a second day as its not done now.

The 10 ft truck only takes less than half an hour to unload so it would have been nice to have an hour minimum not 2 hours.
