• I entered my starting location 66106 and ending location 66213 and selected this moving company to load 1 table, 1 couch and 15 plastic containers. When I didn't hear from them, I called them the night before to coordinate time to meet. When told we were going 17 miles straight down the street, they said it was outside of the service zone and it would be an additional $50. Since I couldn't find another mover on short notice, I had no other option other than to pay them. Once we arrived at the new storage location and were halfway thru unloading, they dropped the table, damaging the corner. Not only do I have to go back to my boss and tell her it's an extra $50, I have to inform her that her heirloom table has been damaged.

• The guys were great, they were able to get everything loaded and unloaded within the time frame. We will be hiring them again for another move in a couple months when my spouse moves in.
