• Lindenwood was an outstanding team and did a phenomenal job despite the circumstances. They remained professional even when U-Haul completely failed to meet their obligations. The movers arrived at the Romeoville site ready to work. I had three U-Boxes that needed to be delivered, and I scheduled the delivery with U-Haul several weeks in advance. U-Haul assured me that all three Uoxes would be delivered and unloaded on my move-in date. However, for some unknown reason, U-Haul sent one U-Box to Romeoville and the other two to Chicago. Additionally, they did not reserve a truck capable of transporting all three U-Boxes in one trip. As a result, the movers had to make three separate trips between Romeoville, Chicago, and New Lenox to get everything to us. We started working at 10 AM, and the job should have taken only an hour or two at most. Instead, we didn't finish until 10 PM. This was a complete waste of time for us and for the movers. Lindenwood 10-stars, U-Haul 0-stars!

• Very efficient! Marquis and his team got the job done faster than we could've imagined, and they were both very careful and very quick in moving all the items.
