  • Stole from me, broke multiple things and showed up 2 plus hours late. This interaction started with them being over 2 hours late making me have to pay to extend my uhaul. Then they kept dropping stuff, and I have found multiple broken items while unpacking. I let that go but then I find out they went through my wallet and stole 2 of my cards and tried to use one. Too much that’s just disrespectful. The person I had been communicating with claims those people weren't even part of the company, but earlier had vouched that they were great and fast earlier in the text conversation. Then when I brought the cards to their attention they said the movers were just people recommended to them and not part of the company. They take no responsibility & tried to guilt me about leaving a review of my experience. Whats the point of going through a company if they don’t take responsibility for who they hire. Highly disappointed.
