  • I had a large heavy object that needed to be removed and I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to help me move it. It was fragile and they took the time and care not to damage it or my house when moving it. They did a great job!

  • Unprofessional to work without hand trucks and dolly. Told me that U-Haul does not allow them to bring hand trucks but movers at my destination had them and said U-Haul does not have that policy.

    I was just doing what I have been told just because they didn't wanna follow the rules doesn't mean I wasn't its unprofessional for a customer not to prepare for a move your moving not me I m there to help you and I did the best way I can I don't appreciate your slander on my work ethic sir I almost lost my finger trying my best to help you but I guess there are not any more honest people in this world anymore.
