They were prompt and friendly. The only thing I had a problem with was they weren't careful when moving some items. My night stand was brought in my new apartment upside down, my basket was on the bottom of the dolly with boxes piled on top of it. I would have them again just be more aware of how they are handling my items. I handed one of the men $40 to split. $20 for each
